Fan Motor, Fan Blade, A/C Temperature Thermostat, Grill, Filters, Compressor (Threshold of AED 650 per compressor replacement), Actuator, A/C Re-Gassing & Gas Recovery, Other Minor Parts (Threshold of AED 100 per minor spare part)
Plumbing Spare Parts
Water Heater Thermostat, Toilet Flush Kit, Toilet Push Buttons, Flex Pipes, Float Valve, Other Minor Spare Parts (threshold of AED 100 per minor spare part).
Electrical Spare Parts
Light Switches, Cooker Switch, Power Sockets , Other Minor Parts (Threshold of AED 100 per minor spare part), Light bulbs will be replaced if needed only during the electrical service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The following Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall apply to all services purchased by a customer from Oryx Design, and the customer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
1. To have enabled access to the property on the scheduled time for our technicians. In the case of an appointment being delayed due to the customer not providing access to the property, the service will be considered as completed.
2. Ensure that there is running water and electricity for any maintenance work.
3. Be responsible to obtain any kind of approval/NOC required from the corresponding authorities.
HOME MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
Maintenance Services will be scheduled over a recurring 12-month period.
Any spare parts that must be purchased in order to repair an Air-conditioning, Electrical or Plumbing system will be charged. Unless the specific spare part is already included in the package (i.e. within the Gold Package Option), all spare parts and consumables that are used in a service will be charged separately to the customer.
In the event that spare parts are expressly included in the chosen package option, the following table highlights what is or is not included in the package price.
PAYMENT
All payment transactions are to be made in AED only.
If the customer disputes any charge, they must notify Oryx Design within 5 days from the date of the charge.
The customer shall pay the Fees plus any applicable VAT.
Call out charges are non-refundable.
